Exclusiv and Junior loft ladders have a single tread weight limit of 200kgs and a maximum stairway payload of 500 kgs./sq.m. element. Piccolo and Piccolo Premium loft ladderss have a single tread weight limit of 150kgs and a maximum stairway payload of 350 kgs./sq.m. element.
